Search:

The Search function in UBAR provides users with easy and flexible search options and access to the UBAR Facility Report, Bills Report, and Meter Report.  Users utilizing this feature will no longer need to know or navigate the organizational hierarchy in order to access these reports.

Search Facility:

  • To access the search facility button you will first click on search tab at the top left of the screen and then click “Search facility”.

  • By selecting “Search Facility” users will be able to generate a list of facilites, based upon any combination of selection criteria.  If nothing is entered, the search will return ALL facilites.

  • If you click on a particular facility name it will bring you to the facility page.  This page will display facility specific information.

Search Account:

  • To access the search Account button you will first click on search tab at the top left of the screen and then click “Search Account”.

By selecting “Search Account” users will be able to generate a list of accounts based upon any combination of selection criteria.  If nothing is entered, the search will return ALL accounts.

After the list of accounts has been displayed click on the desired account and the Bill History will be displayed for the selected account.

Search Service:

  • To access the Search Service button you will first click on search tab at the top left of the screen and then click “Search Service”.

 

By selecting “Search Service” users will be able to generate a list of services/meters, based upon any combination of selection criteria.  If nothing is entered, the search will return ALL services.

  • After the list of Services/Meters has been displayed click on the desired Meter Number and the Meter information will be displayed for the selected Service.

 

Excel Export:

The search results for any of the three search options are also exportable to Excel. 

  • To export, click on either the excel icon or the .CSV icon that shows up at the top right of the search results.  See the screenshot below for an example.
