The Bills Report:

The Bills report enables users to access all of the detailed utility bill information for accounts payable purposes. 

  • To access the Bills report you will want to click on the “Bills” tab at the top left of the page.  From there you will then want to click on one of your facilites.  This will bring up the following screen.

  • On this screen you will see a list of bills for this facility.  From this screen you can click on the “image” link to take you directly to the electronic image of this bill.
  • You can also click on the “history” link to take you to a list of historical invoices from that particular Bill Account.  Below is a screenshot of the historical invoices screen.

  • You will also see on this screen you can view history of a specific account.  The default is 12 months but you have the option of viewing 3, 6, or 24 months at the bottom of the page.
  • You can also click on a particular statement date to see information for that particular statement.

 

Moving back to the main Bill report screen you can click on the Bill account number.

  • Clicking on the bill account number will bring up information for the most current bill.  A sample screenshot is below/

Meters Report:

The Meter Report presents all of the meters associated with the appropriate bill account for each different commodity type.  To access the Meter report you will want to click on the “Meter” tab at the top left of the page.  From there you will then want to click on one of your facilites.  This will bring up the following screen.

  • To view detailed metering information for a specific account click on the blue outlined meter number. 
  • Clicking this number will bring up a detailed 12 month history. 
  • On the bottom of this page you will see that you have the ability to adjust the history view from 12 months to 3, 6, or 24 months.
